Assignment:  Portfolio Main Webpage
Brief Description:  You are going to create a webpage  using MS FrontPage 2000.  Your HTML file should contain the following:

• One graphic, no more and no less.
• Title all in capital letters, in "Heading 2."  ("NAME'S WEBPAGE")
• Text below title claiming, "Welcome to my webpage!"  This should be in Heading 4 format and italics.
• Subject areas separated by a line "|".  This should be written in "normal" and bold.
• The words "Last updated on November 18, 2002."  This should be in normal writing and in italics.
• The entire page should be centered.
