8 In class: 1. Continue or Finish Chapter 17 Lecture Notes on Central Dogma 2. Start Jigsaw activity for Chapters 18 and 20 (Wendi go to DNA Technology Folder ->Genetics of Viruses and Bacteria ppt, slide 1. Break up into 3 groups of four and assign different parts to jigsaw. Create colored posters.

31 Warm-up:
In class: 1. Biorad Gel-Electrophoresis lab (Wendi - check biorad procedures with AP lab procedures and data. Make any adjustments as necessary for student data) - Students may need to stay during FIRE to finish with staining, etc. 2. Finish Chapter 18 lecture on Operons during "down time" while electrophoresis is running.
