A SPECIAL MOMENT POEM

POETRY ASSIGNMENT #2 You are to write a poem describing a special moment in your life.  Use as much imagery in the poem as you can! Pick an incident in your past which has emotional meaning for you.  For example, write about a trip to a foreign country or somewhere else interesting, your Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a fight with a friend, or visit to Disneyland. etc. ]You can also choose to write a spontaneous poem about as you watch the sun rise or set.  You can write a poem about any kind of moment in your life that you would like. ]Make sure to use plenty of imagery in your poem.  Underline the instances of imagery in your poem on the rough draft version. ]You have ten minutes to silently brain-storm on a fresh piece of paper on the topic you want to write about in this poem.  ]GOOD LUCK!
