SONNETS

POETRY ASSIGNMENT #5 Sonnets are structured fourteen line poems with regular rhyme schemes.   Write one fourteen line sonnet using any regular rhyme scheme you want. Most students find the Shakespearean sonnet form the easiest (ABAB, CDCD, EFEF, GG). You can write about any topic you want. Rough draft is due next class meeting. Good luck!
