Exercise 2: Introduction to Layers
1. Create four layers, the first three containing one geometric shape filled with a different color. The fourth layer is filled with your first name. Make sure that you name all layers.
2. Arrange the layers from background to foreground in the layer palette, based on which colors seem to come forward and which seems to fade into the background of your composition.
3. Use the move tool to arrange the shapes to overlap each other or position them to make a pleasing composition.
4. Using the layer styles palette, alter each shape as you see fit, practicing the use of the different layer styles.
5. Save this document as e02LastF.psd
