To be considered for enrollment in the Yearbook class, all students must complete both forms below and turn them in by the due dates mentioned. Students will NOT be enrolled last minute in the fall of 2006 unless they already have these forms on file from the spring registration period.
Incoming freshman should apply as soon as they know they are accepted to FTHS through the lottery process.
Returning Yearbook staff members need only to complete the application form as Mrs. Carr is your recommending teacher.
