have approximately
35 books
available
for sale
on a
first
come,
first
served
basis
on delivery
day in
late
May/early
June
(exact
date
TBA). SENIORS:
There
is no
"waiting"
list
for yearbooks,
however,
seniors
will
have
first
chance
to purchase
remaining
books
on delivery
day.
Underclassmen
will
be able
to purchase
extra
books
the day
after
delivery
day.
We are

07-08 Renaissance List
- What
GPA is used for the renaissance list?
- Weighted
Term GPA for FTHS courses ONLY
- This
does not include grades from VHS, BHS, ECHS,
Adult Ed, VC, or Summer School
- Why
may my GPA from my report card be different from
the one used for the renaissance list?
- The
GPA on your report card reflects your grades
from all Ventura Unified schools combined into
one weighted GPA for the term.
- This
includes classes from VHS, BHS, ECHS, & Adult
Ed
- If
you take a class at another school your GPA
will be different on your report card than
the one we use for the renaissance list because
we do not have access to the grades from the
other schools in our system.

SAFETY!!! PLEASE READ!!!
- Between
the hours of 7:30 am-8:15 am and 1:45 pm-3:15 pm, only students
with parking permit stickers and FTHS staff members
are permitted to enter the FTHS parking lot.
- Parents-please
use front lot or Loma Vista by Gateway school
for dropping off and picking up of students
- Keep speed
in all parking lots at or below 5 mph
- Pedestrians-
PLEASE USE THE CROSSWALK. When using the crosswalk,
please cross in groups and wait for 2-3 cars to pass
before crossing. DO NOT TRICKLE ACROSS ONE STUDENT
AT A TIME, this is extremely dangerous, makes drivers
impatient and more likely to drive into the crosswalk
while you are still in it.
- Drivers-
When approaching a crosswalk, please remember, pedestrians
have the right of way. Please use extreme caution.
- Drivers-
When waiting in the line of cars on Day Road to enter
the parking lot please remember:
- Do
not allow a student to get out of vehicle while
in line on Day Road
- Please
do not pull to the curb to allow a student
to get out then attempt to merge back in the
line of cars.
